Dawn Harrison

Dawn Harrison is the Director of Children’s Choirs and Parish Handbell Choir. In 2002, our minister of music, Ben Bachman, moved to another parish. Dawn and Sally Evans took over the leadership of the children’s choir. After Sally moved to Atlanta, the choir continued to flourish during Dawn’s tenure. She retired in 2009. It was Dawn’s privilege and pleasure to serve St. Paul’s in this capacity. Many of the children who sang under Dawn’s tutelage later went on to college or vocational work, taking with them the musical influences they received in an Episcopal church.  In 2016, Dawn agreed to return to the role of children’s choir director and again oversee our parish handbell choir. Dawn has been directing children’s choirs since 1974.
