Prior to joining the staff of St. Paul’s, Nicole Ravenell Edwards worked as an independent consultant helping small, medium, and large private and government agencies improve how they conduct their business by changing and enhancing their business processes. She has significant experience working with a broad base of government, community, educational, and private organizations to implement evidence-based strategies that bring about change and improvements to their business operations. In her role as Parish Assistant, Nicole assists with the development of processes and strategies to help the Rector, staff, Vestry, ministry heads, and others conduct the church’s administrative functions effectively and efficiently. Nicole’s goal is to help us all better serve and engage with one another at St. Paul’s, as well as minister to the wider community, keeping our focus on worshipping and glorifying God.
Nicole has served at St. Paul’s in various capacities and most recently as the Vestry Outreach Liaison. She is a member of St. Paul’s along with her husband, Kurt, and children, Elijah and James, who also serve at St. Paul’s. Nicole’s office hours are Monday through Thursday.
